Time's Dark Captains

Time's Dark Captains is a new concept company to fill a unique economic niche and produce opportunities in the following areas:

 

Reanimating Small Town America by rebuilding means of production and relocating small to medium size manufacturers to small towns at former industrial and abandoned manufacturing facilities;

Develop a template for implementation of this process on a national scale;

Promote alternative power generation technologies as LFTRs retrofit of decommissioned coal plants;

Consult on proper building practices in the built environment for mold and moisture control, insurance loss mitigation and energy efficiency.

 

The opportunity for small towns and cities to regain their economic base by seizing the opportunities that afford themselves and stop the small town flight is huge right now. Small towns offer a large increase in quality of life concerns as well as a lower cost of living and greater sense of community. Automation, shrinking supply chain technology and more fair trade and the quality of American made products all work in favor of this new concept.

 

Time's Dark Captains will work with the town, city, municipality, and the manufacturing company to find the best fit for both town and company, based on analysis of the assets and capabilities of both the town and company. By focusing on the former and abandoned sites, the infrastructure is already there and the manufacturer and city and can get up and running ASAP! Additionally, a blighted and eyesore property can now be a centerpiece and cornerstone of the redevelopment and reanimation of Small Town America.

 

Time's Dark Captains is pleased and excited to begin this new adventure with Small Town America and the productive folks in American Manufacturing. We are seeking cities and towns and manufacturers in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, or any other Midwestern and upper Midwest states.
